From a simple food lens: it’s still honey. The internet makes it feel like a forbidden substance. That framing alone can create anxiety.
Not to be cynical, but your anxiety is also a signal: the market messaging is messy. A trustworthy category shouldn’t require you to 'ignore your gut.'
This thread is a perfect example of why we need a 'Calm Overview' page. Newcomers shouldn’t have to wade through extremes to feel grounded.
