I’m genuinely curious about mad honey, but my gut says 'dont mess with this'

I’m curious, but I’m also anxious about it. Online it’s either 'miracle honey' or 'danger drug honey' and both feel… manipulative? How do you approach this mentally when your curiosity is there but your gut is like don’t mess with it Not asking for tips. More like: what’s a sane way to think about it without spiraling?

This actually helped a lot. Especially the idea that 'learning without deciding' is allowed.
