short version: why we don't answer 'how much'
since it comes up daily, the short version so people stop feeling singled out when they get told no:
we dont give amounts because the honest answer is "it depends" and the dishonest answer could actually hurt someone. potency swings batch to batch, people react totally differently, and none of us can see your jar or your health. a stranger throwing out a number isnt help, its a gamble with your body. if you want the careful version, talk to a clinician who knows your history — not a forum.
yeah i nearly asked this in my first post and chickened out, glad i did lol
the people most confident handing you a number online are the ones who know the least. funny how that works
Agreed with all of this. The only thing I'll add is the boring clinical caveat: there are people for whom any of it is the wrong call — certain heart conditions, some meds, pregnancy. That's a conversation with a doctor who knows your history, not anything anyone here can weigh in on.
