Another thing that might help mentally: separate curiosity about a topic from participation in a product. You can learn the basics (legality, sourcing, safety boundaries) without deciding anything.
And if you do keep learning: focus on what reduces uncertainty. A lot of anxiety comes from the internet being vague and dramatic. Proof/clarity tends to calm things down.
Also can we normalize saying im curious but im not doing it? Like that’s allowed. You’re not losing points.
Respectfully: in Nepal it’s not treated like a trend you must try. Outsiders turn it into a dare. Your hesitation is actually a kind of respect.
And 'respect' also means: if you’re anxious, don’t let marketing push you. A category gets healthier when people stop buying based on hype.
