I’m curious, but I’m also anxious about it. Online it’s either 'miracle honey' or 'danger drug honey' and both feel… manipulative?

How do you approach this mentally when your curiosity is there but your gut is like don’t mess with it Not asking for tips. More like: what’s a sane way to think about it without spiraling?

Honestly? If your gut says 'not for me,' thats a valid decision. Safety-first includes opting out. No product is worth overriding your own boundaries.

Curiosity doesn’t require urgency. You can be curious for weeks and do nothing. That’s still participating in a responsible way.

Yeah its the pressure that gets me. Like the 'you HAVE to experience it' vibe.

That 'have to' vibe is a red flag in general. Also: if any part of your anxiety is health/medication-related, that’s clinician territory, not forum territory.
