Newcomers keep asking 'how much should I take.' We don't answer that here. This thread explains why and what we can do instead (safe, general info only).

Not gonna lie, that's frustrating. Isn't dosage literally the safety question?

It's the safety question and the fastest way to turn a forum into a harm engine. People copy-paste numbers without context.

Also: individual health factors and medication considerations exist. That's not something strangers can responsibly calibrate.

And sellers love dosage talk because it turns into 'bigger = better.' That's how bad stories happen.
