I keep seeing people talk about mad honey like it comes from one 'magic flower' that always does the same thing. Thats not how botany (or bees) work right?From what I know is that Rhododendron is a big family, regions vary, seasons vary, and bees don’t follow marketing narratives. So yea, 'origin matters' isn’t a sales line. It’s ecology. If you’ve seen claims like 'this is THE rhododendron honey,' drop them here and we’ll unpack what’s being oversimplified.
