Super basic question but I can’t find a straight answer: if honey sits in heat (car, summer shipping), does it ruin it? Taste? Quality? Safety?

Heat can change texture and flavor over time. Honey is resilient, but it’s still a food product, handling matters.

This is the kind of thread I want more of. Normal food questions. Not 'will I trip.'

From a quality lens: you cant 'see' chemical changes easily. Better to treat storage as part of traceability, how was it handled and how long?

Also if a seller ships it like an afterthought, what else are they sloppy about?
