pretty much, and the reason nobody here will toss out a rough number is what it gets used for. people dont ask this out of idle curiosity, they ask because theres a drive or a shift or somewhere they need to be on the other side of it. a made up number makes that feel scheduled when it isnt

One addition: if the reason behind the question involves a test, a procedure, or anything you take regularly, it stops being a forum question. That belongs with whoever knows your history, and they'd want to hear about it regardless of timing. I couldn't narrow it down for anyone here and wouldn't try.

the usable version is dont plan around a number at all, plan around an evening you dont need back. if that evenings not free then its not the night

food side muddies it further too. its honey, so it goes in with whatever else is already in there, and that on its own shifts how fast anything gets absorbed. thats before you even get to this jar being nothing like your last jar

@Jules the two clocks thing is what i was missing, i was reading every number like they were all answering the same question. slightly annoying that the honest answer is nobody knows but at least i can shut the tabs now
