got a jar thats been in the cupboard a good while. does mad honey actually expire or is that another myth, honey isn't supposed to go off at all is it.

Theyre two questions and they dont have the same answer. honey in general not spoiling is real, low moisture and acidty. the active stuff over years, thats barely been looked at for this kind.
