We can't give step-by-step medical instructions. But we can say what's responsible: if someone has severe symptoms, seek medical help immediately.

Yes. If someone is fainting, confused, or otherwise seriously unwell, that's not a 'wait it out' forum moment.

And please don't use this thread to ask for a 'safe way to push it.' That's how forums become dangerous.
