I have a heart condition in my family. I'm not asking for medical advice, but is this an automatic 'no'? The internet scares me.

You're right to be cautious. We can't evaluate personal risk here. The responsible move is to ask a clinician who knows the situation.

Also, avoid spaces that give dosing or medical guidance. That's a credibility red flag.
