if potency isnt standardised jar to jar, what is general caution advice even based on
ok so if grayanotoxin content isnt standardised jar to jar, what is the general caution advice even anchored to. it can't be an amount, none of us knows what's in ours. genuinely asking.
Its anchored to the not knowing. you cant get a number for your own jar without lab data most people dont have access to, so caution is where you end up by default.
eh. the jar in my cupboard says standardised strength on it, which means nothing lol. but 'we can't know so we wont say' is convenient for a forum too.
Joe's example is the actual problem. What would help is a result tied to one specific lot, with that lot printed on the jar itself. If nothing is printed, there's nothing for a document to point at. That doesnt change the caution, only what anyone can claim to know.
