everyone asks 'does mad honey get you high' and i think that question sets you up wrong
@Sam's scoreboard thing is basically the whole difference. file it under high and more reads as better. file it under a plant compound your heart and inner ear both register and more obviously isn't better. same jar, completely different decisions
pulled a reply asking for numbers while i was reading this. i dont do amounts here and i wont do them by dm either. rest of it is fine, carry on
Agreeing with @Cam. What people describe sits largely on the cardiovascular side, which is exactly why "how high does it get you" is an unhelpful frame - it points you away from the signal you'd want to notice early. And the part I'll keep repeating: if you take anything for blood pressure or heart rhythm, or you're pregnant, that's a conversation with your own clinician rather than with a forum, and the honest answer for you may well be that this isn't for you.
the question id swap it for is "what is this for". evening, in tea, slowly, phone face down. framed that way a quiet warm half hour is the entire point rather than a disappointing score
search shapes itself too - that phrasing pulls the loudest answers to the top, which teaches the next person to type it exactly the same way
