is the 'hangover' people describe the next day actually a real pattern
seeing people mention feeling off the next day in loads of threads, enough that it started sticking out. is that an actual known pattern, or is it people just having a rough day and pinning it on the honey after because it's the unusual thing they did.
had one of those mornings and was fully ready to blame it, then remembered i was up til 2 and barely drank any water. ive had that exact morning plenty of times with no honey anywhere near it.
Next-day effects aren't implausible, given it's acting on heart rate and blood pressure. But there's a long way between "not implausible" and "a documented pattern", and remembered mornings won't carry you across it — none of us has the version of that day where we did nothing, to compare against. If it bothers you, thats a conversation for a doctor who can look at you. Not medical advice, just the limit of what a forum does.
people notice the bad morning and then go looking for a cause. the honey is the unusual thing in the day so it gets picked.
@Sam and nobody remembers the ordinary mornings, theres nothing to remember about them. so the only ones that get counted are the ones with something to pin on.
