For the US: importing honey for personal use and selling it are legally distinct. Commercial import of food products requires FDA registration, labeling compliance, and in some cases prior notice filing. "Personal import" has a fairly narrow definition — a jar or two for your own use. Once you're selling, even informally, you're in commercial territory and a different set of rules applies.
Worth adding: this community prefers not to be a marketplace or distribution network. If someone wants to recommend a seller they trust, that's fine.
