@MayaW right. the only thing that turns "probably" into "measured" is a third party lab result for that batch. species, elevation, cliff photos — thats all the story around the honey. the CoA is what actually checks it

so a jar could be genuine high cliff apis laboriosa honey and still come out mild because that seasons flowers were weak? thats kind of wild

@Jake yep totally possible. season, weather, exactly which slopes they foraged, it all swings it. real and mild is a normal combo, not a contradiction

the bee being rare and impressive is exactly why its such good marketing bait. easy to romanticize a giant cliff bee, harder to romanticize a lab number. guess which one ends up in the headline
