Why do all mad honey headlines mention heart rate/blood pressure?

A lot of articles fixate on heart rate/blood pressure. It becomes 'danger honey' instantly. Whats being oversimplified in that framing?

Plus sellers respond with the opposite extreme (totally safe!) which is equally unhelpful.
