Be honest: why does every corner of the internet call this drug honey? Is that accurate or just marketing + headline addiction?

Drug is just a sloppy shorthand. Its honey (food) that can contain active compounds depending on floral source. Active compounds ≠ illicit drug.

And its a risky label. Drug implies illegality and encourages reckless behavior. Plus it creates compliance headaches for any legit discussion.

In Nepal its not framed like that. The internet renamed it, then sensationalized it.
