does time of day actually matter for planning it, or is that overthinking
Seen people mention morning vs evening for planning a first time. is there an actual reason behind that or is it just personal preference dressed up as a rule.
mostly personal preference and practical logistics, having the rest of your day free afterward matters more than wich *which specific hours those are.
agree, the real constraint is "nothing else planned after, plenty of daylight left if that matters to you, somone available to be with you", time of day is downstream of those, not a rule on its own.
I'd add one thing: if you have any heart or blood pressure condition, or take anything for one, that's a conversation for your doctor before any of the planning, not something to optimise around a time of day from here.
ok that makes sense, was overthinking the clock part and not the actual logistics.
