In general, anything that can affect heart rhythm or blood pressure deserves caution. Also mixing with certain meds could be risky. Best practice: if you have a condition/meds, ask a clinician.

I have low blood pressure and I’m sitting this one out. Not worth experimenting when your baseline is already sensitive.

In villages, elders always said “not for everyone.” It wasn’t treated like candy. People respected it more than outsiders did.
