What does lab tested even mean… tested for what?

“Lab tested” without scope is basically marketing. Tests need parameters, methods, dates, and batch matching.

You’re not crazy. “Lab tested” can mean anything from real analysis to “we once sent a sample.”

In honey generally, you also see watered-down testing. This is why consumer education matters.
