Fair pay and safe gear are basic. Also avoiding over-harvesting. If demand explodes and nobody sets standards, people get hurt.

I’d happily pay more if I could see transparent where the money goes reporting. Like real receipts, not vague charity vibes.

Would love a conservation component too; habitat protection, training, or funds for safer equipment. Otherwise “sustainable” becomes just a label.
