Tried it last weekend. Writing this up because the reports I found online were either 'INCREDIBLE' or 'TERRIFYING' and neither calibrated my expectations well.

Setup: 1 level tsp (~7g), eaten directly, after a light meal about an hour before. Source was a seller with a current CoA showing 4.2mg/kg grayanotoxin — mid-range potency.

Timeline: T+0 eaten. T+35min noticed slightly slowed heartbeat and mild warmth in chest and face. T+50min noticeably more relaxed, some heaviness in limbs, light dizziness when I moved my head quickly. T+90min peak, still mild overall. T+3hr back to baseline.

Overall: milder than I expected based on what I'd read online. No drama, nothing alarming. Just calmer, slower, a little warm. I understand why people like this. I also understand why chasing "more" would be a mistake — what I felt was already the pleasant part.
