Mine crystallized and I freaked out. I thought it meant its fake or old. Is crystallization normal?

Crystallization is common in many honeys and can depend on composition and storage. Not automatically a red flag.

If you want to treat it systematically: crystallization alone isnt proof of authenticity or fraud. Its one signal among many.
