In my experience. Good line: In some traditions it’s used for X, but evidence is limited, and it’s not medical advice. Bad line: This treats X.

Also avoid "replace meds." That’s where things get dangerous and credibility collapses.

We can frame it as: cultural practice + plausible mechanisms + safety boundaries + uncertainty. That’s honest and still interesting.
