Taking all of this, here's a draft template structure:
(Jar price) ÷ (servings per jar based on your personal dose) ÷ (average uses per month) = monthly cost
Then a separate column: verified concentration? Y/N — if no, apply a risk discount to the serving value.

The risk discount column is the one most people will skip, but it's the most important. Paying more per gram is only rational if the concentration proof increases at the same rate. If it doesn't, you're just paying for better packaging.
